--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

  1. Cheating
    F1. Cheating
Players must not use hacks or any external software to gain an advantage, including but not limited to aim/wall hacks.
    • External Crosshairs are permitted
    Griefing
    F2. Griefing
You are not allowed to actively try to ruin other people's bug experiences or to just troll, bait, or grief them. Griefing is the practice of killing the same person repeatedly for the same reason.
    Player Age
    F3. Player Age
The minimum player age on our FiveM server is (16+). Age verification will not be strictly enforced, and players will not be rewarded for reporting ages of one another, this falls under General Rule 7: Privacy.
    ERP
    F4. ERP
Forced ERP (erotic roleplay) is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to coerce or pressure another player into participating in ERP against their will, will result in immediate punishment.
    VDM & RDM
    F5. VDM & RDM
Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM) and Random Deathmatch (RDM) are not permitted under any circumstances, except when necessary to save your life when threatened. VDM involves using a vehicle to harm or kill others, and RDM refers to attempting to harm or kill someone without any roleplay reason.
    Metagaming
    F6. Metagaming
Using out-of-character (OOC) information in character (IC) is strictly prohibited. If your character wouldn't realistically know something, it cannot be used in the game, including from other characters.
    • Calling for assistance via Discord or other means of external communication that do not include the use of in-game radios or phones.
    • The use of information in rp that you have gained from OOC discords.
    Powergaming
    F7. Powergaming
This is when you force your roleplay on a situation to gain the outcome you desire without giving the other party an opportunity to roleplay back, Examples of powergaming include:
    • Storing/garaging vehicles, items, money or weapons before roleplay has completely finished where another party can no longer access it.
    • Destroying items/assets while being held at gunpoint so that your captors do not make a financial gain.)
    FailRP
    F8. FailRP
FailRP refers to the action of violating or disrupting the immersive experience. (e.g., committing suicide, logging out, or respawning to avoid RP interactions/consequences). These actions may undermine the integrity of the situation and interrupt the flow of roleplay, diminishing the experience for others involved.
    • You must remain in character at all times, rule breach issues should be reported to staff after the roleplay has finished. (No RPChecking)
    • You may not take items from another player’s vehicle (including the trunk or glovebox) without prior interaction, an established ongoing storyline, or active conflict. This rule applies even if the vehicle is left abandoned.
    • You can not identify another player of their voice, their identity must be determined through in-game interactions, including but not limited to their appearance, outfit, or other roleplay cues.
    Combat Logging
    F9. Combat Logging
The act of disconnecting from the server throughout an ongoing roleplay situation (with the intent to avoid consequences or escape a combat scenario).
    NLR
    F10. NLR
When your character dies, they must forget all events leading up to their death and cannot rejoin the situation or return to the location of their death until the event has concluded. Even though your character might recall the incident if they are revived by EMS, they MUST NOT go back to the scene.

  2.
    Economy
    F11. Economy
Players are prohibited from transferring money, assets, or items between their own characters or using a middleman to do so. Items obtained through jobs (e.g., police weapons) must not be used or transferred improperly. Dumping inventory, giving away assets before leaving the server, or transferring premium vehicles without approval is not allowed. Real-world trading—exchanging in-game items or currency for real money or goods—is strictly prohibited.
    Declarations
    F12. Declarations
A declaration must be made via voice chat when face-to-face or vehicle-to-vehicle in order to initiate hostile roleplay. It must clearly state the required action along with a threat, and the other player must be given reasonable time to comply.
    Zones
    F13. Zones
Green and Blue Zones are clearly marked on the map. Hostile roleplay cannot be initiated or brought into these areas. In Blue Zones, roleplay cannot be started, and any hostile actions must not affect other players. In Green Zones, hostile roleplay cannot be initiated or brought in at all. "Kill On Sight" (KOS) actions are only permitted in the KOS-restricted zone on Cayo; players will be notified upon entering a KOS Zone.
    Hostile Situations
    F14. Hostile Situations
To ensure fair and balanced roleplay, the maximum number of members from an official organization allowed to engage in a hostile situation is based on the organization’s tier: Tier 1: Up to 10 members Tier 2: Up to 12 members Tier 3: Up to 14 members Individuals not affiliated with an official organization are limited to a maximum of 6 participants in a hostile situation. Hostage-taking: is permitted with some exceptions. You can not be in the same group or org as the hostage. Hostages cannot be forced to withdraw items or money from their property/atm/society.
    • Police are allowed to be taken hostage but you must not take anything other than communication devices.
    Robberies
    F15. Robberies
Must not be used for any purpose other than to complete and escape. Robbing players is permitted, however this must be done with an appropriate level of roleplay and have an appropriate roleplay reason, simply saying "hands" is not acceptable. Civilian groups attempting a heist may have up to 2 vehicles and 6 players.
    • Robbing at regular picking locations is not allowed without existing roleplay.
    • Robbing at final processing locations is allowed, provided there is valid roleplay.
    Police Interactions
    F16. Police Interactions
Laying siege to police buildings or facilities, using diving suits to evade police, and attacking police facilities is strictly prohibited. However, police transports are considered acceptable targets.
    • Officers are permitted to transport a suspect to the hospital and offer them the option to be admitted. If the suspect chooses to check in, the roleplay may continue as normal. If they decline medical admission, their character will be considered deceased.
    Whitelisted Clothing
    F17. Whitelisted Clothing
You can not wear "whitelisted clothing" items unless you work for those jobs or are a member of that org. Taking organisation clothing is allowed as long as you have a good roleplay reason to do so. You may then use that “stolen org clothing” within the next 2 hours. You can not store the clothing and use it later down the line.
    Scamming
    F18. Scamming
Scamming is only allowed if the deal involves illegal items, Any scams involving legal transactions or non-illegal items are prohibited. You cannot scam the sale of a vehicle, but the upgrades or strikes may be subject to scamming
    Getting Support & Player Reporting
Ozzygaming's primary, real-time support system is via Discord helpdesk. Upon joining the waiting room a staff member will speak with you individually when available. When in doubt, this should be your first point of contact and a staff member can direct you in the right direction. If you are in-game you can lodge a support request via the (insert) menu or by typing /report. An admin will endeavor to assist you if one is online and available. For matters that do not require immediate assistance or may require some investigation, players should submit a support ticket on our website here (https://www.ozzygaming.com.au/support/). For general questions/support, the #support channel in our discord (https://discord.gg/ozzygaming) offers very fast responses.
