Need help! Killed and death taxed 9k for doing nothing wrong!

below is a link providing the situation and why I am here asking for assistance. I took part in a fun dancing truck that drove around the city, the cops got involved and eventually shots were exchanged. I never shot anyone and I was killed in the process while doing nothing wrong and just trying to have fun. I had 140k in my bank and was charge 8904 death tax as I was unable to be revived (head shot kill) please could I have my money back as it took me a long time to get.

Although you may not have shot anyone, everyone else did and you were involved, you were all hitting things, driving dangerously and pretty much completely trolling.
