OzzyGaming FiveM Development Update 10/09/2022 & 11/09/2022

Fixed:
- Removed a few bugged spots from the scrapping activity. (2.5.13.1)
- Possible fix for weapons disappearing occasionally when changing character. (2.5.13.1)

Added:
- Added car boosting activity.
- Added vehicle scrapping activity.
- Right clicking an item in the hot bar will now remove it from the hot bar.
- Items without icons will now have a placeholder icon.
- Removing an item from your inventory will remove it from your hotbar.
- Added Icons for Scrapping activity items. (2.5.13.1)
- Added a blip to sandy hospital. (2.5.13.1)

Changed:
- Scrapping activity now gives 3 items per scrap. (2.5.13.1)
- Increased payout for scrapping activity. (2.5.13.1)
- MCD Supervisors can now set department rank up to Senior Detective. (2.5.13.1)
