  1. OzzyGaming FiveM Server Rules Last Update: 13/06/2019 Disclaimer: These rules are under constant revision. Please bookmark this page and check back on a regular basis. Ignorance of the rules is not an acceptable excuse if a breach occurs. Our rules are structured to be non-specific and generalised in most cases to allow interpretation and flexibility, rather than have a specific rule for every situation. When reported, rule breaches are investigated by a member of our staff team who will reference these server rules and then interject their own personal experience and opinion to mediate your issue. For players who are unhappy with one staff members resolution, we do offer escalation processes to higher staff members through our support system. Our staff members handle many complaints and issues each day and volunteer their time to assist the community run happily and fairly. They will treat you with respect if you could have the courtesy to do the same. Getting heated, constant arguing or yelling at a staff member will typically result in your report and compensation request being voided. 1.0 General Rules 1.1 Common Sense: Ban Code Reference: [Rp] All players are required to use common sense and role play all situations. 1.2 Offensive Conduct: Ban Code Reference: [A] All members of the community must treat each other with respect and not be overly abusive to others. Offensive RP is permitted so long as it is not serious and it is ceased if the other person asks for it to stop. 1.3 Trolling: Ban Code Reference: [T] Repeatedly doing things that upset or annoy other players is not permitted. 1.3.1 Bannable examples: Repeated Cop Baiting - Repeatedly trying to get the attention of police in order to force pursuits etc. in a manner which would be unrealistic. Mic Spamming - Spamming music or voice loudly in-game in a manner that annoys or distracts other players Interrupting RP - If a group of players are roleplaying, do not inject yourself into the situation and begin acting silly etc. 1.4 Ban Evasion: Ban Code Reference: [E] Do not try to evade your ban, fill in a ban appeal on the forums if you wish to appeal it. Attempting to circumvent any ban or punishment will result in it becoming permanent. 1.5 Hacking/Cheating: Ban Code Reference: [H] OzzyGaming does not allow or support any trainers, cheats etc, to be used on the server. Graphics and audio mods are allowed, however any other third party software is not permitted. 1.6 Exploiting: Ban Code Reference: [E] Exploiting any loophole or game mechanic for personal advantage is not permitted. “If it’s too good to be true, it probably is”. Any exploits should be reported immediately to staff, if you are found to be exploiting your account will be wiped and/or banned. 1.7 Job Vehicles: Ban Code Reference: [Rp] Vehicles sold at the "Job Vehicle Seller" may only be used for the jobs they are designed for. Using them for other purposes or trolling is not permitted. 1.8 Idling: Ban Code Reference: [E] Do not idle on the server for more than 15 minutes. Using macros etc. to circumvent the auto-kicker is not permitted. 1.9 Real World Trading: Ban Code Reference: [Wt] The act of trading anything outside of OzzyGaming FiveM for in-game items is not permitted. 1.10 Transfer of assets between characters: Ban Code Reference: [M] Players are not permitted to transfer assets between their alternate characters, this includes the use of a middleman or transferring vehicles. 1.11 Abuse of OOC Chat: Ban Code Reference: [A] The use of OOC chat to complain about rule breaches or to abuse other players is not permitted. Players should contact admins via “/report” or deal with the matter in TeamSpeak. 1.12 Advertising: Ban Code Reference: [Ad] Advertising other communities, programs, websites, services etc. that are not affiliated with Ozzygaming without management approval is not permitted. 1.13 Following directions of staff: Ban Code Reference: [Ra] Any direction given to a player by an OzzyGaming team member must be followed without argument or delay. 1.14 Subsequent Rule Breaches: Ban Code Reference: [O] In any case, where a rule has been breached during a situation you are not permitted to breach the same or other rules. An admin should be contacted during or after the situation, furthermore, no player is permitted to deem a situation ‘out of roleplay’ due to a rule breach. 1.15 Events: Ban Code Reference: [O] Unless stated otherwise, event servers are treated as within role play and hostile activity is not permitted. 2.0 Role-play 2.1 Fail Role-play (RP): Ban Code Reference: [Rp] You must role-play all scenarios. Fail RP is the act of failing to stick to your in-game persona or act in a way that would not occur in real life. 2.1.1 Bannable examples: RP Driving - You must drive in a manner that is realistic. This includes not driving regular/sports cars unrealistically offroad, using stunt jumps/ramps during pursuits etc. and you must RP all serious crashes, regardless if your car still works. Weapon Pulling - When switching to a larger weapon (any two-handed weapon, melee included), players must be standing near your vehicle or locker. Automatic Un-restrain - The server has a feature to automatically un-restrain you after ~10 minutes in case you have been dumped somewhere. If you are still within RP, you must still act restrained, there is no feature to self break out of cuffs. Roleplaying Revives - If you are killed/knocked out and get revived, you must be willing to RP with the paramedics. Pulling a weapon, sprinting away etc. after being seriously injured and revived is not permitted. Further, rejoining a gunfight or situation after a debilitating injury is not permitted. Voice While Unconscious - If you have been incapacitated (killed) you can not start yelling etc. through your mic. It is acceptable to act weak/moan etc. and roleplay in that sense, you should otherwise act unconscious. Sealing Of Buildings - Players are not permitted to use vehicles or objects to block entry or exit to a building. 2.2 Value of Life: Ban Code Reference: [Rp] Players must value their life at all times and be willing to surrender when clearly outnumbered or at a significant disadvantage. We do not have a strict “Fear RP” rule as such and understand in some situations it is reasonable to fight back or run given the opportunity. Roleplaying suicide is permitted however will result in a character wipe. 2.3 Terrorism/Career Criminal RP: Ban Code Reference: [Rp/Rm] Roleplaying as terrorists and conducting widespread Hostile RP is not permitted. If roleplaying as career criminals and conducting only hostile RP, you may be asked by staff to stop or slow down your actions. Repeated excessive hostile RP is not permitted. Civilians must not be in groups larger than 6 when conducting hostile RP. 2.4 New Life Rule: Ban Code Reference: [N] If you die and respawn, you must forget all recent, relevant memories of the event and not return to the scene or situation where you were killed. Therefore revenge killing is not permitted. 2.5 Metagaming: Ban Code Reference: [M] Metagaming is using information gained outside of RP/the game and using it in RP and is not permitted. 2.6 Powergaming: Ban Code Reference: [P] Power-gaming is the act of working towards a goal without the intent to RP or allow others to RP with you to any meaningful degree, typically just playing to kill people. 2.7 Going out of RP: Ban Code Reference: [Rp] Only OzzyGaming team members can go out of RP on the server. The use of the term “out of RP” etc. including in voice chat is not permitted in-game. This includes if you’re in a helpdesk channel or if another player has breached rules. You should continue to RP as best as you can or remain silent until a team member can deal with the situation. 2.8 Invoice Evasion: Ban Code Reference: [Rp] Players are required to pay as soon as practicable any legitimate invoices they are given. Attempting to scam businesses etc. by simply not paying an invoice is not permitted. If players accumulate more debt than they can pay, they will be issued a warning to cease all criminal RP and work towards paying their debts. Contact an admin if you wish to dispute an invoice on your account. 2.9 Bankruptcy: Ban Code Reference: [Bk] If after warning(2.8) a player has made little to no effort to pay any outstanding invoices and continues to amass fines and invoices, they will be entered into a Bankruptcy ruling. This will include a Full character wipe and a minimum 3 day ban. 3.0 Hostile Roleplay 3.1 Random Deathmatch (RDM): Ban Code Reference: [R/Rm] You must have a reasonable role-play reason for killing another player or engaging in hostile RP. In general, you should make a clear declaration which was not followed or be fearful for your life before attempting to kill another player. Players should be willing to RP as a preference and not instantly become hostile. 3.1.1 Additional Hostile RP rules: Ban Code Reference: Cool Down - A Hostile RP situation is considered in progress for 10 minutes after the last hostile action between involved parties. New declarations are not permitted in this time, but any killings must still be reasonable. Players are not permitted to enter strict safe zones during hostile RP. Declarations - A declaration should be provided to limit your liability when engaging in hostile RP such as robberies and kidnappings. Stating your request, a timeframe and a consequence to the victim. A declaration applies to a full group of players and can not be made via Twitter. If you have player backup you must include that information in your declaration (without violating 2.1). Reactionary Hostile RP - Players can take it as an instant declaration if someone attacks, steals from you, your friend, or your property. However, players are reminded not to use excessive force. E.g. if someone kicks your car, shooting them may be deemed excessive. Traffic stops - Civilians cannot generally take police hostage or start hostile RP during a standard traffic stop. If you believe you are at risk of going to jail or getting large fines, you may declare and tie up/slow down police in order to aid your escape, only shooting if the police fail to comply. 3.2 Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM): Ban Code Reference: [V/Vm] Using your vehicle as a weapon under reasonable grounds is permitted as per 3.1. However randomly running over players or doing so without RP grounds is not permitted. 3.3 Bank/Store Robberies: Ban Code Reference: [T] Both parties must make an attempt to initiate negotiations. All demands must be made verbally and not via Twitter. There is a 30-minute cooldown for each group between robberies and during a “Priority Cooldown” robberies are not permitted by any group. 3.3.1 For bank robberies, players must plan to complete the entire robbery when it is initiated. 3.3.2 Regardless of the type of robbery, if the opposing party is present on scene, players must negotiate in accordance with section 3.3. 3.4 Hostages: Ban Code Reference: [Rp] Players must be willing to RP with their hostage and must attempt to negotiate verbally with police when taking hostages. You cannot initiate hostile RP to take a police officer hostage, they can only be taken during an ongoing situation with a valid reason. Taking friends/compliant players as hostages is not permitted. You can’t ‘force’ a hostage to use an ATM/Bank transfer. 3.5 Strict (Green) Safezone Violation: Ban Code Reference: [Sz] Strict safe zones (Green areas on the map) are areas which hostile RP cannot be commenced or brought into. These areas are reserved for roleplaying and should not be interfered with. 3.6 (Blue) Safezone Violation: Ban Code Reference: [Sz] Safe zones (Blue areas on the map) are areas where hostile RP cannot be started inside, but may be brought in from outside. 3.7 Illegal locations: Some Illegal areas are represented by red or white circles on the map. These circles have no meaning and all rules still apply. Police know of and may patrol these areas. The Military base at Fort Zancudo is a restricted area and players are not permitted to enter. 3.8 Combat Logging: Ban Code Reference: [C] Players are not permitted to log out during a hostile or role-play situation. If you accidentally lose connection etc. it is best to contact the people involved andorganize a location to meet and continue the RP. 4.0 Faction Rules 4.1 Reporting Police/EMS: Police and EMS are generally self-managed and regulated and if these players breach protocol, reports should be lodged to the relevant faction leadership team and not helpdesk. 4.2 Police/EMS must be on TeamSpeak: Ban Code Reference: [O] While on duty as police or EMS, you must be in an appropriate TeamSpeak channel. 4.3 EMS are out of Hostile RP: Ban Code Reference: In General, EMS (Paramedics) should not be killed or engage in hostile RP as they are neutral. Hostile civilians may direct them to leave an area and stop reviving a person and only then initiate hostile RP with adequate reasoning. 4.4 Use of tools/equipment is not permitted while off duty: Ban Code Reference: [E] Factions must sign on duty when entering the server. Using/transferring any tools, weapons, uniforms etc. while off duty is considered exploiting 5.0 Negotiations 5.1 General Negotiation Rules: Negotiations are designed to de-escalate hostile scenarios through the use of compromise. Each party must assign a negotiator that will correspond with their counterparts, this must be done in person, face to face. This is to ensure a clear line of communication between the two parties. Once negotiations begin, the negotiators must not be swapped out unless a game crash occurs. Both sides must be willing to come to a compromise if need be. Role-play is a two way street, and it is expected that both sides know that it is a possibility that they may lose. Negotiators must not be harmed/taken hostage. Proof of life for hostages may be requested by Police. Once requested, if Civilians have a hostage, they must oblige. Police may be granted temporary entrance to where a hostage is being kept to question them concerning how they are being treated. Alternatively, Civilians may bring their hostage out instead. Once/ if terms are agreed upon, both parties must honour the agreement even after the hostage exchange occurs. If Civilians for whatever reason decide to execute a hostage during negotiations, Police may dispense with negotiations and storm the building without notice. 5.2 Civilian Negotiation Rules: Civilians must declare any external members. However, these members must be present when a robbery is triggered and may not arrive in post. Civilians may not lie about having a hostage. Additionally, hostages must be legitimate (they cannot be a friend who has volunteered to be a hostage). Civilians may bargain their hostage(s) for the following but not limited to (If Police spot any physical harm inflicted on a hostage, they have the option to reduce any agreed/future offers by 50%. However, the Police must inform Civilians of the new deal). Police to stage at a certain distance not exceeding 500M of the store/bank. Police to ground POLAIR for the duration of the occupation of a store/bank and subsequent pursuit. Police to refrain from placing spike strips of a distance not exceeding 500M of the store/bank. 5.3 Police Negotiation Rules: Police are not allowed to call off negotiations first. The role of the Police Force is to de-escalate hostile scenarios, not escalate them. Police may offer incentives set out in their protocol to persuade Civilians to give up their hostages. However, if Civilians are visually spotted harming their hostages, then Police may reduce their exchange offer by 50%. Police may not disable any vehicles/ place spike strips adjacent to a vehicle within a 50M vicinity of any bank. Police must cordon off the area surrounding a bank/store. They may maintain eyes on the front of the bank/store, but they must allow some breathing room.
  2. These rules are constantly being revised. Please make sure you check back here regularly if you are a business owner. A change log will be posted after every modification. Last updated: 16/05/2019 Foreword: Being a business owner is a privilege, not a right, there is much responsibility involved in this role. A business owner is a community leader and are responsible for hiring and firing various community members. There are specific requirements business owners must follow to hold their business ownership position. 1.0 Business owners and their administration must uphold the values of our server, follow all server and community rules. 2.0 Business owners must not bring the community into disrepute. 3.0 Business owners must be willing to hire people outside of their friendship circle. 3.0 Business owners must be willing to commit a reasonable amount of time per week to maintain the business. 4.0 Business owners must have a second in command to maintain their business if they are ever away. 5.0 Businesses must not primarily revolve around hostile role-play. 6.0 Business owners are free to partake in illegal activity behind the scenes. However, there must be a legitimate front. 7.0 Business owners/second in command must not hold a high ranking position with another business or another FiveM Community. 8.0 New Business owners will be subject to a $50,000 business ownership fee. This will be returned if an owner decides to step down. 9.0 New Business owners will have a 2 week probation period, you can only wash money after your probation has finished. 10.0 Mechanic & Car Dealers must not wash money from their own business menu, they should seek help from a different business. 11.0 Mechanic & Car Dealers must complete the invoice form provided by Management. 12.0 Businesses are not transferable. 13.0 Businesses discords are to be owned by OzzyGaming. If you are a new business we will provide you with the base discord, in which you can customise to suit your business. If you are taking ownership of an existing business you will be provided the original discord. 14.0 Business owners are subject to a $200,000 fine if the business caught by the police conducting illegal activities. Owners will have two weeks to pay the fine otherwise the business will be seized. Management Team reserves the right to terminate any business that is in breach of the above conditions.

Notes: Since the last update, the development team *cough* Caldweld *cough* have been focusing more on performance based improvements, rather than adding additional features more than anything. We have managed to to improve numerous scripts that were otherwise very performance intensive. This means that some of you may notice a slight increase of frames. We have also been implemented "silent" updates that have not been listed in any website patch notes, so those will be included here too. !!! IMPORTANT !!! Clear your cache to avoid any unforeseen game issues. !!! IMPORTANT !!! How to clear your cache: Added: Various new CID tools (cannot go into specifics as this would spoil some surprises ;)). New courthouse mapping. Notepad type /notes (you can drop notes for other players). New inventory system (also for vehicles). Added Discord Rich Prescence. Optional way for Police to log their impounds in-game rather than Discord. Simply type /if to bring up the interface, once submitted, it will post to the impound channel for you. Various mapping additions, I will leave this all to you to discover. Modified: A notable update to markers (circles). These will now take a little longer to detect your presence once you get close (usually around 3 seconds). Some Police vehicles are now back for testing. Death-tax has been reduced. Early respawn bug has been fixed. Garage will now notify you of the correct prices (not pre wipe prices). Big admin tools/report system update, this should streamline things a lot more now. Fixed issue with people who are not EMS not being kicked out of EMS vehicles. Added the missing vehicles to the Police version of the above ^^. Jail has been modified with some improvements (It should no longer be an asshole and keep jailing you for longer). Diving suits, and light diving suits now look much better. Invoices are now character specific (soft wiped existing invoices). Police CAD invoices are also now character specific. Revamp of major banks (excluding Union Depository). They now require various items to rob, the location of these items can be acquired from your resident bank robber, Snipes Murphy. Various loading screen changes have been implemented. Fixed issue with the inventory being accessible whilst dead. EMS now have access to a CPR animation that does not revive people (used for other role-play avenues). /announce fixed (lol). Various bank robbery payout changes. Voice circle has been disabled as it seems to be quite performance intensive. Issue with zip ties spamming has been fixed. Removed fog from the weather cycle as it has been reported that this is an FPS killer. Fixed issue where people could access the ATM inside of a vehicle. Some of the more ugly chat notifications now conform to the new style. MANY performance improvements. And much more that I have inevitably forgotten about. However, I will add them here if I remember......................................

Clear your cache to avoid any unforeseen game issues. !!! IMPORTANT !!! How to clear your cache: Added: Brand new drug system. There are now three types of drugs, all three types have several steps of collection rather than simply just one. The idea is to mix all of the drug components together in the processing areas. Each step will give you "favour" with the drug type you are collecting/processing. Information Dealer All drug locations are no longer marked on the map. However, there is an information dealer that will be marked on the map at certain times during the night. Favour System For every action, you will receive favour in that particular drug type. However, it will decrease your favour in other drug types. With more favour, there is less chance of alerting Police, less chance of failing in collection/processing, and a higher chance of creating a high yield batch). Collection There is a chance that you will fail in the collection, which will result in you receiving a damaged version of the item that is unusable. There is a chance that Police will be alerted to the general area where you are collecting. Processing There is a chance that you will fail in processing which will result in you creating a low yield batch of drugs. There is a chance that you will create a 'miraculous' batch which will result in the creation of a high yield batch There is a chance that Police will be alerted to the general area where you are processing Vangelico robbery has been overhauled and now requires you to smash cases in order to receive items. The type of weapon used to smash the cases matters. Melee and small firearms do not do well. However, larger rifles do a better job of getting through the case. (Higher risk, higher reward.) Players can sell their goods at lesters factory (near the mission row PD). Store Robberies have been overhauled. They now slightly more reflect the vanilla GTA 5 store robberies. Simply pull a gun on the clerk. They will put their hands up, and the longer you pull the gun on them, the more money you will gradually get. Brand new nightclub has been added. Sunshine autos now have a new building in Paleto Bay. The following building locations have new door locks: SCC/FIB Building Vanilla Unicorn Fishers Autos Jail system has been replaced as there were issues with the previous one. Rather than being stuck in a jail cell, prisoners will now be able to roam the yards. Additionally, players now have the option to pay bail (500K flat rate across all charges). Police Officers now have access to binoculars (press Y). EMS personnel now have access to a CPR revive. EMS personnel now have access to "/refreshpatient" this should reveal hidden players. Pillbox interior has been added for testing purposes. EMS Personnel may use this interior. However, they do not have any on duty points in that building. Seat belt. Players now have the option to press "B" to toggle their seat belt, failure to do this can result in being launched out of the vehicle in collisions. New police command "/policeproximity" This will alert any nearby civilians within 350M of the source player with their desired message. New police command "showBadge" this will display the Police Officers name and rank. Extended Mission Row interior. NPC's for Vanilla Unicorn. Measures to alleviate voice spam on server join. Whistle hotkey, hold "H". Lottery CO is now located in the Life Invader building. Voice area is now represented with a visual outline. Modified: The loading screen has been updated Death messages have been fixed, and now display a distance variable. /me now utilises a different style. Police vehicle colour point now does not require officers to have money on them. The Wallet script has been re-written more efficiently and now has been re-added. Business owners should use /sf to get their business account information. Fuel system. Vehicle HUD. Food and Water HUD. Various features of the chat. Relaxed some vehicle inventory restrictions. SSA circles have been fixed. Hotkey for police cuffing is now "shift + g". This is to avoid the classic running cuffing.

Transfer funds to another player is now available through the ATM. Teleporters to the Aircraft carrier for people who load vehicles slowly and get teleported back. This is logged, so do not abuse it or you will be held accountable. Subscriber priority in the queue. A few new business owner logs. Support through fivem.ozzy.life for subscribers to change their in-game vehicle plates. Modified: Taxi job is now an un-whitelisted job. Highway vehicles re-enabled. Fixed: Deleting characters (killing off character). Various issues with character switching. Issue with apartments not being able to be sold/rentals removed. Optimized: Various back-end resources. Removed: Gruppe 6.
  6. Am I the only one that often finds that I'm not sure whether I have pinged my location to an EMS or person whatever it be? Is there supposed to be a notification or can there be one added if there isn't so? I believe it will stop the spam the EMS constantly get and will definitely help players like me be at ease.
  7. G'day everyone. The development team would like to touch basis concerning the current state of the server and where we want to be in the very near future. We are very thankful to those of you who have been accommodating of our testing. One sync (32+ slots) The One sync framework has come a long way over the past couple of months to the point where we have been able to optimize our scripts and identify the incompatibility of certain things when moving to the new framework. There will be the odd network hiccup here and there, this is merely the nature FiveM’s early access for One Sync. Scripts At this stage, we have been delighted to see that all of our scripts can handle the server strain from 32+ players and it seems like our hard work in this department really has paid off. Server strain aside, we are aware that we do have bugs that need to be addressed that are not related to the change to 32+ slots, and they will be in due time. There is, however, one last issue in direct relation to the shift to a 32+ slot server that we need to diagnose and overcome, that issue is texture loss. Vehicles FiveM has indicated to server creators (this is in my own words) that due to the nature of One sync, server developers will need to make sure that the vehicles/custom mapping placed on their servers are optimized and aren't using too many client resources. Unfortunately, a lot of the requested vehicles that have been placed on the server are terribly unoptimized and hog a lot of client resources At this stage, we are looking at disabling some of those vehicles to see if they make any notable difference to the texture loss. Our long term goal here is to optimize every addon vehicle we have. YMAPS (Custom Mapping) Concerning YMAPS (custom mapping), we are already in the process of disabling most of this to see if it makes a notable difference to the resource usage, these will be restored at some point as long as they are not hogging too many client resources. We will be working very hard to reduce the strain some of these vehicles and map objects are having on our server so that 64 slots is genuinely playable. Common Development questions (Not related to One sync) Where is the phone script, bring it back: The current phone script merely is here as a placeholder as we have suspicions that this is one of the leading causes of server lag. Once we analyze this script further and disprove this notion, it will be added back on the next server update. We are aware that some messages are in Frogolian, please bear with us concerning this. We know a lot of you are missing the call functions and money transfers that were available on the old phone. We are too! So we’re working on resolving this as best we can. Where is the wallet script, bring it back: This script has been proven to be a leading cause of our server lag due to the inherent nature of what it does. We will be working at rewriting this script to improve the performance significantly and adding it back in the near future. Where is the finger point script, bring it back: Most of you already may have noticed, but this is back in the game as we speak. Where is the cross arms script, bring it back: The cross arms script has an issue where it is easy to hide a gun behind the animation which does not seem fair in our opinion, we will be adding some additional checks to this animation, once that is complete, it will be re-added. Management and the Development team appreciate the patience a lot of you have displayed, and hopefully, this can clear up some of the misconceptions and questions some of you may have. Cheers. Clear your cache before joining or you may experience some issues! How to clear your cache: Onesync: Disclaimer: Before anything, yes there will be bugs... Please report them in the usual section. Onesync as a framework has come a long way in the last few months, to the point where we are going to be actively testing our server build to support the framework. There will, however, be a few underlying issues from the Onesync framework itself, such as random mass kicking of players, texture issues, and potentially still some voice issues. Our development team have been working quite hard to optimize our resources in an effort to have a somewhat smooth transition to the Onesync framework (minus those few issues mentioned above). EUP: (Enhanced Police Uniforms) This is a very early version of this script, and many changes will be following. If you are having issues with the clothing looking a bit weird, chances are you simply need to clear your cache. Added: EUP Support. Logging for noobs abusing /ad. Logging for noobs abusing /me. Coloured weapon wheel Modified: Death cause has been updated to support a 3d representation of where someone is damaged. Vehicle inventory has many more checks in place to prevent duping and potentially issues with items disappearing. Vehicle inventories will now only work on vehicles that are owned by players (to try mitigate items disappearing). Rental properties will now be removed from players who cannot afford them rather than putting people in negative cash. Scoreboard will now fit on the screen when there are more than 32 players on the server. Priority cool-down chat notifications now conform to the new chat system. Mathematical giveaway script now conforms to the new chat system. Reverted the F1 phone to a more optimized version. Door lock script has been optimized and has support for other Police stations in the region. Text size has been increased. Nerfed Wine. Fixed: Issue with the garage not repairing your vehicle despite having 1K on you. Potentially fixed memory leak with esx_skin always showing as a resource time warning. Optimized: Basically every resource we have.

Subscribe today and buy them from one of the dealerships. - New Player dealership "Lily's Automotive", operated by the lemon party and situated just south of the Sandy Shores airfield. - After a mad sesh of all ozzy adventures, you can now head to a carwash to rinse off the hard days work. - A chain of Tattoo parlours have popped up across San Andreas. - Weazel News has been able to purchase a brand new van and helicopter to match their new office. - The scoreboard now finally shows which server you are on for you forgettable folk. The scoreboard is now also suited to larger screen resolutions. - Extra ATMs around the map, including the casino with a brand new animation. - Brand new impound and crushing system. Police now have the option to tow away your vehicle (delete) or impound it. The first impound is 12 hours, the second is 3 days and the third impound is a permanent crush. This applied 'per vehicle'. Currently there is no risk to lose vehicles and as people begin filling up their garages, there needs to be a way to lose things. We think this is a good solution and will continue to monitor how the police use it. - Civilians can now buy flashlights thanks to China finally accepting the manufacturing contract. - New animations for umbrella (/umb) and a briefcase (/bag) - Vehicle commands are now back, indicators and hazards are toggleable using the arrow keys and the engine is toggled with '='. - A new food shop has been added in Paleto Bay, opposite the police station - You can now get plastic surgery on your face at the hospital, since a couple of you really needed that. - A few new map items including an overhaul to the Vanilla Unicorn - You can now fall over by pressing '=' - Is that your cousin? A third character slot has been added Changed: - CNC / Los Santos Customs has been rebranded and moved to South of the Sandy Shores airfield and is now known as Sandy Shores Auto Repairs (SSA) - Brand new, unified UI across all the server menus etc. Matching the theme of our loading screen and scoreboard. All menus should now be displayed in the bottom left to remain consistent across the server - Cruise Control is now "Speed Limiter" and is used by pressed "x" to enable and "shift + x" to disable. Onesync: We are currently testing the new and updated versions of the server files for the 64 slot server, at this current point in time, the server files seem to be largely unpredictable and unstable. FiveM themselves have not yet specified that they have released a working/stable version. This does not mean that we are not actively working on testing on this build of FiveM. We will definitely be updating to a permanent 64 slot server when the Onesync is stable enough to allow it. Added: New job vehicle for Los Santos Customs. New skin for the Los Santos Customs building. Lots of new business Discord bot changes. Lots of new administrator tools (rule breakers beware). Modified: New vehicle rotation Fixed: Police and EMS CAD GPS is now working. Phone now will display the correct GPS coordinates. Police and EMS CAD will now show the correct street location. More tweaks for the clothing store. Discord bot displaying failed transactions through the CID monitoring channel. Various resources that were slowing the server down ever so slightly.

Note: This change log is not exhaustive. A monumental amount of work has gone into 2.0.0, which means it is likely that I have missed a few things. Added: - Player Wallet (Press "K" to access this.) This will display your job information and finances. - Default chat with some minor additions. - Chat command suggestions for every command. - /Flip command. This is a proximity-based script that will return either “Heads” or “Tails”. - 4 tiers of weapon licenses. These licenses have varying prices. This is designed to make it harder to access legal weapons. Police can remove this license if the player has been involved in illegal activity. - Added a DMV. You now need to complete a theory driving test to get your license. Please note that not having your license doesn’t prevent you from driving vehicles. - A hot key to toggle the ID above players heads. By default, these IDs will be hidden. Press “U“ to toggle this function for 30 seconds, once 30 seconds is up, ID's will auto toggle off. - Police now can view your unpaid fines/invoices. - Police now can remove any license. - Players now have an option to send a distress signal when they are incapacitated. - Dynamic weather. - New more stylish job display UI. - Union Depository Robbery. - Jewelery Store Robbery. - Less buggy ATM UI. - "Streamer mode" This will get rid of those pesky overlays and prevent the chat from re-appearing when people send new messages. You can toggle this by typing "/togglehud". - Toggleable player hints. With every new level you will be paid more, have access to new depot vehicles, and your work area will change. - Police CAD. Modified: - Player UI has been updated, this is now much more smooth, and the positioning makes sense now… - Player houses/apartments now have unique garages. The more property you own, the more garages you have access to. Please note that only players who own the corresponding properties can see the associated garage. - /Me now displays 3D text above the players head, rather than writing to chat. - Player death notifications now utilize the new notification system. - Due to popular request, the hospital is now open to the public. - Vehicle number plates are now handled differently. This change is an attempt to fix the issue with vehicles plates getting mixed up. - Stores now allow you to buy more than one of a particular item at one time. - Robbery payout prices have been scaled based on the type of robbery, the order is as follows: Store Robbery > Generic Fleeca Bank Robberies > Jewelry Store Robbery > Blaine County Bank Robbery > Principal Bank Robbery > Union Depository Robbery. - Handcuffs now have a timer, if a player is cuffed for an excessive amount of time, then they will be uncuffed. This is designed to aid players left in the middle of nowhere cuffed. - GoAir is now located in Sandy Shores and Grapeseed to have a more central presence. - All drugs are now usable! Using a bag of Weed will allow you to run faster for a limited time. Using a bag of Heroin will allow you to swim faster for a limited time (good for Treasure Hunting). Using a bag of Meth will heal 20% health. Using a bag of Cocaine will give you armour and recover 30% of your health. - Players will now be notified when they are being searched by a Police officer. - Players will now be notified when their license is being checked by a Police officer. - "Del" player list has been overhauled. - Reduced the max amount of characters to two characters. - Character selection screen has been overhauled. - Players will additionally be able to switch their character at the International Airport rather than using a /command on the fly. - Characters now have their own unique inventories and finances. - Speed cameras have been converted from MPH to KMPH, additionally, they also have a new layout. - Disabled the exit vehicle key while Mechanics are modifying vehicles. - Respawn tax is now scaled off the amount of money in the players bank. - To rob a bank or anything similar, you now need a weapon. Fixed: - Time sync. - Fixed issue with the clothing store not saving your outfit unless you use a numeric value.
  15. G'day Gamers! Seasons greetings from the server management team. I am very excited to announce the release of our highly anticipated FiveM 2.0 update. The development team has been hard at work over recent months in completely overhauling our server in order to a create a more stable, enjoyable and balanced game for everyone to be a part of. We are really excited to bring some new light for what is the most popular server in the region and keep things fresh and enjoyable. We appreciate everyone's patience in recent months and we're sure it will be worth the wait. We want people to discover the update for themselves and I won't be posting any further features or changelogs here, however one will be posted on release. We have done our best to squash all the bugs that we've seen through internal testing and we will continue to push frequent updates post-launch. All FiveM servers will be taken offline at 6:30 pm AEDT on Tuesday night (11th) and will be down for approximately 30 minutes. We expect all 3 servers to be back up and running at 7:00 pm.   16. G'day Gamers. After hundreds of hours of development, many early mornings pulling my hair out, and of course, testing... The development team is proud to release the change log for 2.0. This is the more in-depth change log. If you would like to view a simplified version, then you may click here. PLEASE NOTE: We have only been able to test to a certain point. It is likely that you will encounter a few bugs if you do find a bug, please report it to a team member. This change log is not exhaustive. I will post a less in depth change log with every feature I have noted. Characters With this new build of the server, we have made some massive modifications to characters. Instead of three characters, a decision was made to limit maximum characters to two so that players can focus on progressing their characters. In addition to the max character limit modification, we have also created character specific cash/ bank accounts/ vehicles/ properties/ criminal records. Players will no longer be able to create, delete, and switch their characters on the fly as this is commonly abused. Instead, we have decided to place a character modification marker at the International Airport that will handle all of those functions. Loading screen & Join transition Update on the Loading Screen: We have currently disabled this due to the amount of server load that occurred on the launch of 2.0.0. We are still working on a fix. Most communities in FiveM use the same loading screen or very similar styles. We wanted to steer away from the generic loading screens and create something (to my knowledge) is unique. Instead of the generic loading bar and the same song playing every session, we have decided to select a different song per session, the list is not extensive at the moment. However, we are willing to add more songs in the future. Moreover, we have decided to display your steam information on the loading screen itself. This will show your steam name and display picture. We also thought it would be a great idea to display your overall amount of hours played on the server. Lastly, we have added a quote block that will post a random quote every session. In addition to this brand new loading screen, we have decided to add a smooth join transition, instead of immediately spawning after the loading screen, a sky camera will now play. Player wallet In an effort to minimalise the amount of information on the HUD, we felt it would be best to store player finance information and job information off-screen. Players will have to option to press the "K" button to bring this information on-screen. The wallet will appear for a short time and will fade off the screen a few seconds later. Information stored in the wallet: Job information On hand cash balance Bank balance Society balance (if you're an owner of a business). Server chat We decided to revert our chat to the basic FiveM version. This version has a few compelling features. This chat allows the use of chat suggestions, so we have included a suggestion for every available command. This is just the tip of the iceberg, you will all discover many quality of life changes along the way. Additional chat commands: "/Flip" - This is a very basic command that will return either "heads" or "tails". There is a 50% chance to get either result. This command was requested by our more questionable community members... *cough* gamblers *cough*. "/StreamerMode" - This was an incredibly widely requested feature and took quite a while to get right. In essence, this function will completely clear your screen of all aspects of the HUD, including chat. (bar the speedometer, fuel percentage, and ELS in vehicles. We will look at progressing this function to remove HUD elements whilst in a vehicle in the near future). "/ToggleHints" - This will toggle on-screen player hints (they can get pesky). Removable licenses All of the licenses listed below can be removed by the Police if a player has broken the law. This addition aims to hold players responsible for their actions in character. If a player does not have any of these licenses and is in possession of an object that requires a license, they will have to answer to the Police if discovered. Weapon Licenses: Players will now be able to purchase different tiers of weapon licenses, There are four tiers in total. Each tier will unlock different types of weapons. Driving License: Players will now be required to have a drivers license to drive legally. This license is obtainable at the DMV (next to the Los Santos Hospital). The development team dabbled in the possibility of making you all do driving tests but thankfully decided that this is a game, and would be a waste of time. Instead, players must complete a simple theory test. As mentioned previously, this license will be required to drive legally, this does not mean that you cannot physically drive vehicles, like on other servers. Overhead player ID's: Ideally, we would be more than willing to remove the overhead player ID's in a heartbeat. However, rule breakers and trolls are the only things preventing this. In lieu of this removal, we decided to implement a compromise in the form of toggleable player ID's. By default, player ID's will be disabled. However, players will have to option of press the "U" key to enable them for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, they will automatically turn off. This is designed to allow the player to quickly toggle the player ID's and obtain the server ID of a rule breaker to report them. Oh yeah... Thanks to some useful GTA 5 native functions, you cannot see them through walls anymore. Police/EMS Changes As mentioned previously, Police now have the ability to remove any license (for a valid reason). Additionally, Police now have the ability to check unpaid fines using their F6 menu so it may be a good idea for players actually to pay their fines for once! When a player is being searched, or their license is being checked, a courtesy notification will appear on their screen. Additionally, the Police spawner menu is now actually working (surprising, right?) we have also added a few new objects for Police to try out. Police will also find a new option in their menu... A gun residue test! Players who have fired a gun will have gunshot residue on their hands, which can be detected by the Police. However, players may take a drip in some water for 30 seconds and wash it off... CaN wE hAvE a CaD bOsS?!? After many hours of work, we are pleased to provide all of our law enforcement officers a very simple CAD. This cad has been built from scratch and has unique features that others do not have... Plate checking is now available in-game through the CAD! Other features include looking up criminal records and viewing unpaid fines by using the character name as a reference, there are more features, however, you must discover those yourselves. To streamline requests for backup, we have implemented a script that is triggered by entering /bk 1, /bk 2, /bk 3, /bk 4, /bk 5. This script will play a short sound clip that has been acquired from the base GTA game files to create a more "familiar" backup sound notification when Police receive this backup request, it is automatically punched into their GPS. Very many Police changes, much wow. We have also decided to make spike strips easier. Simply press "LEFT ALT + ARROW KEY DOWN" to place three spike strips in front of you. You can then pick them up again by pressing "LEFT ALT + ARROW KEY UP". EMS can now replenish supplies, go on and off duty, and pull out vehicles in Sandy Shores and Blaine County. Additionally, players, when incapacitated now have the option to send a distress signal to EMS on duty which will allow on-duty personnel to pinpoint a patient on the map. A prompt will appear on-screen to someone who is incapacitated. Time/Weather Modifications ANNOUNCEMENT: Time Sync! It is always pesky when someone is pulled over by a Police officer and claim you are driving at night time without your lights on... When it is... daytime? With this update, we have added time syncing. Additionally, dynamic weather has been added to spice things up every now an again! Robberies In this update, we have tried to spice things up a bit with the addition of scaled robberies, in the past, players were merely able to rob stores and banks. However, in this update will be able to rob stores, the jewellery store, banks, and the Union Depository! We will leave it up to you to figure out which one pays the most, however, the higher the payout, the more Police are needed online and the more difficult it is. One last minor detail - you actually need a gun to rob stores! Apartment modifications Apartments have received a somewhat more significant update. Every single apartment in Los Santos with the exception of The Low-End Apartment now have corresponding garages. Yes, we have heard your cries and decided to cave. The aim here to provide more of a reason to own apartments. Each apartment you unlock, means you have access to more garages! These garages are only visible to apartment owners. Additionally, the development team has added apartments in Sandy Shores and Blaine County. At this point in time, they do now have corresponding garages. However, they may be added in due time. Safe Zones We have decided to make safe zones a bit more noticeable on the map... Blue Zones, represented by... You guessed it... A blue circle! Have been implemented. Head on over to our updated rules to learn more about the rules surrounding them, however, in a nutshell, Blue Zones are a less intensive version of Green Zones. They are not enforced by a script. However, they will be enforced by staff... Green zones are now enforced by a script, players will be unable to attack each other in these zones... Except for the Police, they can do anything in them. Civilian Knockouts/Restraining/Dragging Now this one took a lot of trial and error... Again, another script that is unique to our server. Civilians now have the capability to "knock someone out". To knock someone out, an armed player simply has to press "Shift + L". This will knock the target our for about 15 seconds. To prevent abuse, this function will only be available for re-use after 5 minutes. Once the target player is knocked out, they may be zip tied. Once they are zip tied, they can be dragged with a rope. If you would like to un-zip tie a player, just buy a pair of pliers and use it on your victim! New Shop & Additional Shop Items With this update, we have decided to split the stores up a bit. You can find a "Utility Store" marked with a blue store icon on the map. This store will sell zip ties, rope, pliers, campfire kits, tent kits, and chair kits. I will let you adventurous types to figure out what these items do. Oh yeah, we also added some additional store items... By popular request, you buy Winnie Blues and a lighter from the store (OzzyGaming does not recommend smoking as it causes health problems, if you are addicted, you should seek out the appropriate service). This is now the only way you can trigger the smoking animation. Additionally, the Vanilla Unicorn and Bahama Mama's now have access to some more Australian and Kiwi orientated alcoholic beverages. We will let the aforementioned businesses release their drink menus. New Jobs With 2.0, we wanted to do something special, and something somewhat unique. In this update, we introduce The Landscaping Job, and The Trucking Job (the job ideas are now uncommon, I know). These two jobs come with a levelling system. Every delivery/job you complete you will be given experience. Gain enough experience, and you will level up. With each new level, you will unlock more vehicles available at the job depot. Additionally, with each new level, you will be paid more. Eventually, we will be looking at setting up high scores listing the top player levels! P.S. These jobs *hint hint* are high paying jobs in the higher levels. Mt. Chiliad & More For a long time, Mt, Chiliad has been underutilised. So we decided to try to change that. Players will now be able to use cable cars, yes... Actual cable cars to venture to the top of Mt. Chiliad. When there are multiple people in the vehicles at one time, things get visually weird, however, rest assured you will all make it to the top, it just looks a bit strange! Since people like to drive up and down Mt. Chiliad for some reason, we decided to place a garage up the top, along with base jumping! Base jumping is marked on the map. All players must do is travel to the marker, buy a parachute, and well... Jump! Base jumping is not limited to Mt. Chiliad, many locations have been placed around the map. Hour Logging Update on fivem.ozzy.life: Since our database is inherently different (reason for the server wipe) it will take some time to modify our tools site to match the database, at this stage this is pending. Hour logging has been a thing for a little while now, which is why we were able to release the top 15 players with the most hours at fivem.ozzy.life. However, from this day forth, we will now log hours on Police/EMS/Civilian. These hours will be available to view on your profile at fivem.ozzy.life. I would just like to reiterate that Police/EMS hours will be counted from the release of 2.0, not before. All of your hours prior to 2.0 will count as "Civilian hours".

I'm a fairly passionate vehicle enthusiast and I thought this would be a great way to meet the people of OzzyGaming! I am 19 years old from Melbourne, currently on my second year of my license and I drive a 2003 Ford BA XR6. Modified: - After a very long process most cars should be able to be modded, however, it is possible some may have been missed, so if you find any that cannot be modded please let us know. This update focuses on bug fixes and progressing the notification rework. There are a few feature additions, however, the notification rework is the main emphasis here. Added: - Treasure Hunter job added. This is an ocean diving based job where you go from A to B collecting treasure to sell at the treasure dealer (you may want to purchase a diving suit from the shop before attempting this job :P). - "Light Diving Suit" and "Diving Suit" added to the store. Consuming this item will change your gear and apply diving gear. You will also be able to breathe for longer under water. - Anchors have been added. Press "L" to lower the anchor, and "L" again to raise it (You must not be in the driver seat of the boat). - CCTV Cameras have been added to the larger banks for Police to use in robbery situations. Additionally, CCTV cameras have also been added inside the Principal Bank for the bank robbers. - CCTV Camera station has been added to Mission Row PD, these cameras show the front of all major banks. - CCTV Cameras have been added to all drug processing interiors. People processing can now look outside to see if someone is waiting for them. - Holden Sedan added to the EMS vehicle list (this one doesn't roll over :D). - Maze bank office suites have been re-added. Modified: - Reworked the ANZ phone transfer app, this now will display transaction information. - Reworked Police notifications, now much cleaner and with more information. - Reworked Jail notifications. - You can now only send people to jail for a maximum of 50 minutes. - Reworked the /report system. - Reworked the notifications for player robbing. These notifications now show more information about the robber... - Player join/leave + Death notifications font have been changed. - Airlines job vehicle unlocks has been redone in accordance with the requests from Airlines management. - Unicornjob has been modified in accordance with requests from their management (Mixology is now available for Bartenders, and the vault is now only available for the Boss and their 2IC). - Twilight garage has been relocated to a parking lot nearby. Fixed: - Exploit with reviving. Revive reward has been re-added. - The issue with the job vehicle seller and the low-end car dealer not properly saving vehicle information to the database. - The issue with property colour types not applying. - A few Airlines markers and markers for a few other jobs. Notes: This is a small update mainly consisting of mainly bug fixes and just simple changes. Notable changes are that new players will now spawn at the Airport. Additionally, when you die, you will now spawn at the airport, this is mainly to make it harder for people to re-engage in role-play to further emphasis death. You may also notice that we have moved the Legion Square garage a couple of blocks to the west in the hopes that it might mitigate the constant trolling in Legion Square. We have also reverted our lock script back to the base ESX version as this has the least amount of issues with it, unfortunately, most lock scripts suffer from de-sync issues as a result of how Grand Theft Auto 5 handles locking vehicles, there is not much we can do to mitigate this. Added: - Bike stand to the airport for new players to access. - Tablet (Press "M" to open the Tablet). This has basic information, however, in the future, this is where a CAD will be located. - Police/EMS placeables menu (Press "Shift + F" to access it). - Robbing script. To rob someone, they MUST have their hands up (Holding "X"). The hotkey for robbing is "G". When you are robbing someone it is imperative that you simply only have the gun in your hand, there is no need to point it otherwise it will not work. - NPC skin selector at most clothing stores, if you wish to revert to your basic character model, you must re-log. - Hotkey for crossing your arms (Press Shift + 3 to trigger the animation). Modified: - Many markers have been redone, floating markers have been fixed, etc. - Moved Legion Square garage to a nearby parking building to the West. - Moved Police vehicle spawner menu to the bottom left. - Reverted Lock System to basic ESX lock system (this will fix cars despawning). Fixed: - Police weapon/vehicle unlocks. Removed: - Random type popping.

Notes: This is a moderately sized update. A few main things need to be pointed out: Jobs that provided vehicles for collection have been disabled. You can purchase a job vehicle from the Job Vehicle Seller starting from $500. Additionally, you can buy a vehicle for 10K and under from the Low-End Vehicle Seller. The vehicle damage system has changed, you can now type /repair once after your vehicle has broken, this is designed so that you can drive it to the Mechanic and get it repaired. You may have noticed that the black weapon shop has moved. This will now move every week. Have fun finding it! You also cannot steal cars that NPCs are sitting in them... Unless you kill them. Vehicles on the side of the road are a different story, you should still be able to take those. Added: - New vehicle damage script (you can now, just once after your vehicle breaks use /repair so you can drive to a mechanic). - Free bike rental locations around the core part of the city (you must return the bike in order to get another one out). - Police radio animation, press or hold ALT to activate this. - Police holster animation for pistols, you can hold Z to hover your hand near your waist to intimidate. - Anti driveby, you cannot shoot out of your vehicle unless you are stationary. - Job vehicle seller ( vehicles have been removed from collection jobs, you must buy a vehicle from the seller) important vehicles sell for $500. - Automated low-end car dealership for when there are no dealers online, this dealer will only sell vehicles under 10K. - Cruise control. Press "Y" to activate it. - A doctor to the hospital that will heal you for $500. - Blue circle under your feet that will light up blue when you are speaking. - Weapon detectors at the front and back door of mission row ( Had to the disable the audio side of this as it was causing issues, will re-implement in the future when fixed) this will message police if someone walks through it with a weapon. - New garage at Twilight Autos. Modified: - Many markers have been redone, floating markers have been fixed, etc. - Payout of bank robberies have been increased, and the payout is now in dirty money. - Location of black market weapon shop has changed, and this will continue to move every week. - Buffed garbage job payout. - Buffed Dominos pizza job payout. - Buffed Courier job payout. - Raised the character limit for /news for Journalists. Fixed: - "U" lock system now locks/unlocks the boot. Removed: - Job vehicles that spawn at the Depot. - Tilde key lock (use the "U" lock system). - Real estate job.
